Return/Exchange Policy
You can easily initiate a return or exchange request through our website. Open The Bear House website, go to the "My Account" section, and log in with your registered contact details. Then, click on "Return & Exchange Request" to proceed. Ensure that the product is packed in its original packaging with tags intact, and hand it over to the courier when they arrive. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, we will verify it and either issue a refund or process the exchange as per your request
Please note that returns and exchanges can only be requested through the website.
- We provide a 14-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Exchange is applicable only once per item and is subject to size availability.
- No return or exchange is allowed on an already exchanged item. Please check the size chart before requesting an exchange.
- Certain promotional or discount codes may restrict returns/exchanges. Please check the terms & conditions of the coupon before purchase.
No returns are allowed on any items purchased during the sale period. Only one exchange per item is allowed, with the option to exchange for the same item or another product of higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer). Exchanges during the sale are subject to size availability.
We will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If the pickup is not completed within 2 days of the request.
Refunds will be initiated within 3 business day(Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive and verify the returned item in our warehouse.
If you do not receive your refund within the mentioned timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items To maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns/exchanges on:

• Socks & Innerwear (Boxers, Trunks, etc.)
